Since G has started school B has had a hard time transitioning to playing with the big sister to playing with the little sister. On this day, which happened to be exactly 1 month since G started school I finally noticed some progress. He isn't perfect yet but he is definitely better.
We had just cleaned his room and E asked to play blocks. He sat and played with her for a while and when they were finished they put them away all by themselves without even being asked. It was amazing!
Do you see what B is doing? Do you see how E is watching him?
(He was actually 'packing' to take some blocks to a different location because she kept messing up his train.)

Now that B is gone she decides to make a tower...
and count as she builds...

that is as far as she gets but she is only 20 months old :)
She can stack 8 blocks in a tower but can only count to 3.
