Happy Birthday to our E!

It is hard to believe little E is 1. She is growing up way too fast. She is not walking yet but she is close.

She can say Hi and she says it often and most of the time with a lot of excitement when anyone walks into the room where she is.

At her 1-year doctor's appointment her stats were:

weight: 20 pounds 7 ounces (50 percentile)

height: 27 inches (15th percentile)

head: 48.3 cm (above 100th percentile - the dr. was a little worried about how big her head is and said we should watch it. We, however, are not all that concerned yet. All of our kids have had big heads.)

Nana was able to come visit for the birthday celebration.

We were planning to go to the zoo but it was too cold (even in Houston)

so we had to reschedule that trip (next post).

The Cake. It turned out pretty cute (if I do say so myself). Luckily for E she was born during Valentine m&m color season.
